GrahakLoop is an India-focused service being developed to help local businesses collect customer feedback through WhatsApp. This notice explains our current website practices and the information the pilot service is expected to use.

Information on this website

This pre-launch website has no contact form, advertising cookies or behavioural analytics. Our hosting and security providers may process standard technical data, such as IP address, browser information and request logs, to deliver and protect the website.

Information in the WhatsApp pilot

When the pilot begins, GrahakLoop may process:

• Your WhatsApp identifier and conversation messages.
• Feedback you choose to submit about a participating business.
• Delivery, interaction and link events needed to operate and measure the service.

How information is used

We use information to run the requested conversation, deliver private feedback to the relevant participating business, prevent misuse, troubleshoot failures and understand whether the service is working. We do not sell personal information.

Sharing and retention

Private feedback may be shared with the business you visited. Technical providers, including WhatsApp and our hosting or database providers, may process information only as needed to provide the service. We intend to retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the pilot, security and legal obligations.
